First, do some research on the company that you are interviewing with. Find out some background information that you think might come up during your talk. Things you could look for is how long have they been in business for? What is their main focus? Who would you be working for? When you look like you have done research on the company, it will always impress the people you are meeting with.
Second, make sure that you come up with three questions to ask at the end of your interview. It looks much better to the people you are interviewing with that you have questions to ask them. It shows that you are actually interested in the position and are taking it seriously.
Third, always follow up an interview with a thank you message. This can be in the form of an email or even a hand written note. By doing this, it leaves a very positive ending thought in their minds.
